Virtual Kaleidoscope
by Gilles de Bordeaux, Joel Marty, Stephan Branczyk
My app displays a kaleidoscope image using a subset of a picture from your camera or from a file. Shake the phone for new kaleidoscope effects. Move the phone up for more light and a brighter picture, or down for less light and a darker picture. Use built-in color filters to change the ambiance of the image. When you like what you see, save the image.

Great set of demos. Thanks everyone for voting for Word Magic and making it a grand winner, in spite of the technical challenges. I have uploaded the game @http://www.anusen.com/android/WordMagic.apk![]()
so folks with android phones can play with it and have fun. Also I have uploaded a presentation too @ http://docs.google.com/present/edit?id=0AVeGO27yN2w5ZGY3e...![]()
I willing to share the ButtonBar component if anyone wants to use it.
Thank You David and other sponsors for organising this meetup. The demos were good and interesting. My only pet peeve was about the raffle drawing ~ the people whose names were called earlier and who won the books should NOT have been eligible for the subsequent drawing and that's fair. Once your name is called, then others should be given a chance to win subsequent prizes because it's not fair to others who filled the forms. Please make sure that this fair method is implemented next time.
Just published WordMagic to Android market place. Wow! I am myself surprised by a weeks turnaround :)
